This site presents a speculative cosmological hypothesis intended for critique, refinement, and future testing. In no way am I suggesting that CPU Theory explains every strange anomaly that occurs or is reported, but I do find it interesting when there is a large amount of sightings and stories in a particular place that also has measurable scientific anomalies.
I believe in having a certain amount of availability with research, as long as attributes are properly cited in work referencing the material.
A very dynamic theory will end up spanning across disciplines, thus this project will hopefully be shaped by a number of academics across a number of disciplines in an effort to prove or disprove this theory.
